Plates are loaded on a Screen Plate Rite 8000II
platesetter.
All digital data from the job is loaded
onto the machine's memory and the images are
transferred to a Kodak thermal printing plate.
From there the plate is processed through a
Kodak Polychrome inline processor and given
final inspection by our quality control technicians.
After all post imaging inspections have been made,
the job is ready for the press.
